Handcrafted in the UK: H2o2go Carts are built to last. Whilst the carts come with a 1 Year Warranty you can expect the unit to last considerably longer with minimal maintenance. We have units in stores that have been in the field for 15+ years.
Statement of Limited Warranty
Subject to the terms and conditions as stated herein, Pendred Innovations, trading as H2o2Go Carts, warrants its equipment to be free from defects in material and factory workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.
Terms and Conditions of Limited Warranty
This obligation is limited exclusively to defective original equipment manufactured or supplied by H2o2Go Carts and is subject to the inspection and analysis by H2o2Go Carts as to conclusively identify or confirm the nature and cause of failure.
Should your unit develop a defect or otherwise fail to perform in accordance with this Warranty, you should contact H2o2Go Carts or the distributor you purchased the product from.
Defective components will be repaired or replaced free of charge if found to be faulty within one year of purchase.
H2o2Go Carts’ responsibility is confined to repair or replacement of equipment or parts. On site labour costs and travel to the customer’s site is not covered. Carriage costs for return of faulty parts to our factory is not included, but will be reimbursed should the defective component be deemed as ‘under warranty’. Carriage costs for the return of repaired or replaced parts to the customer’s will be paid by H2o2Go Carts.
This limited Warranty applies only if the equipment is used and maintained in compliance with the intended purpose. The Warranty does not cover any non- H2o2Go Carts parts. This Warranty does not cover the costs of repairs or adjustments to the unit that may be needed because of the use of improper parts, equipment or materials. This Warranty does not cover repairs required due to use of non-H2o2Go Carts parts, unauthorized alterations of the unit, or failure of a unit caused by such alterations or by unauthorised repairs.
The Warranty does not cover malfunctions of the unit due to tampering, misuse, alteration, lack of regular maintenance, misapplication or fouling due to excessive hardness. In addition, damage to the unit due to fire, accident, negligence, act of God, or events beyond the control of H2o2Go Carts are not covered by this Warranty.
Owner’s Warranty Responsibilities Under the provisions of the Warranty. The owner is expected to schedule maintenance. Neglect, improper maintenance, abuse, or unapproved modifications will invalidate the Warranty.
The foregoing is in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied including any warranty that extends beyond the description of this product. This Warranty statement sets forth the extent of our liability for breach of any Warranty or deficiency in connection with the sale or use of the product. It is understood that we will not be liable for consequential damages of any nature, including but not limited to, loss of profit, delays or expenses, whether based on tort or contract.
